  • An initial one-on-one discussion about your current training, goals, nutrition, needs, and schedule.
  • One personalized training plan per week, delivered via email each Saturday.
    • Updated running schedule / plan
    • Unique stretching routines
    • Personalized strength training
    • Nutrition advice
  • Access to Eric’s online STRAVA running group to help you stay accountable and focused.
  • Unlimited communication through text and email.
  • One phone conference per week, typically scheduled on a Thursday or Friday.
  • Race strategy and nutrition guidance during the week leading up to your race.
