Description
Each month of training includes:
- An initial one-on-one discussion about your current training, goals, nutrition, needs, and schedule.
- One personalized training plan per week, delivered via email each Saturday.
- Updated running schedule / plan
- Unique stretching routines
- Personalized strength training
- Nutrition advice
- Access to Eric’s online STRAVA running group to help you stay accountable and focused.
- Unlimited communication through text and email.
- One phone conference per week, typically scheduled on a Thursday or Friday.
- Race strategy and nutrition guidance during the week leading up to your race.
