Monthly Training
Whether you are looking to race 0.1 mile or 100 miles, Eric can create a personal plan catered to your needs and schedule. After a one-on-one discussion with Eric about your goals and schedule, you will recieve personalized weekly training plans which include running, stretching, and strength components. You’ll also get nutrition advice and exclusive access to Eric’s online running group. Unlimited communication with Eric through text and email is included, and one phone conference a week will help your plan be modified to meet your needs. As your race draws near, you will benefit from race strategy and nutritional guidance to help you exceed your goals.
Concierge Race Day Coordination
This exclusive service allows you to have Eric personally coach you before, during, and after your race. Eric will be on site with you to help you warm-up, establish correct pacing, encourage you through your race, and help you recover after the race is done. This service will be personalized to meet your needs; whether that includes pacing through the entire race, pacing for the final miles, or cheering/crew support.
Cost – from $60 an hour plus mileage.
